Refund Policy

Courses Policy

Due to the digital nature of our trading courses, refunds are available within 7 days of purchase only if less than 25% of the course has been completed or accessed. Once more than 25% of the course, downloadable materials, or bonus content has been accessed, the purchase becomes non-refundable. 

One Hour Coaching Sessions Policy

All one-on-one coaching sessions are non-refundable. Clients may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or reschedule requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled session may result in the session being forfeited or subject to a 50% rescheduling fee. Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable.

Community Policy

Monthly membership payments are non-refundable once charged. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your membership will remain active through the end of your current billing period. Future charges will not occur after cancellation. Refunds may be granted only in cases of duplicate payments or billing errors.

Goodwill Exception

We reserve the right to make exceptions and issue partial or full refunds at our discretion in special circumstances.
